Flow + Glow is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. An invigorating and ever-evolving class that will expand your knowledge of yoga postures and how your body moves. Featuring inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, and inversions guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind. Not recommended for beginners.

This class provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yang and Yin styles of yoga. We will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice to strengthen, energize and create heat in the body. The Yin style of long-held passive poses will focus on gently opening connective tissue of the lower spine, hips and pelvis.
