Yang and Yin (90 minutes)


This class provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yang and Yin styles of yoga. We will start with a more active and dynamic Yang practice to strengthen, energize and create heat in the body. The Yin style of long-held passive poses will focus on gently opening connective tissue of the lower spine, hips and pelvis.
