STRENGTH

With strength comes stability – of body and of mind. “Yoga is a powerful vehicle for change. As you build strength, you start to believe in your own potential.”

FLEXIBILITY

Yoga is not about touching your toes – it’s about what you learn on the way down. We bend so that we don’t break.

EASE

Breathe. Seek stillness in your body and your mind. Be fully present and bring mindful intention to your movement. Find your flow.

CONNECTION

Meet yourself on your mat: Connect with your breath. Link mind to body. Tap in to the innate knowledge and wisdom that you carry within yourself.

SAMATVA

Samatva is a Sanskrit word meaning “balance” or “evenness”. Life is a delicate balance of opposites: darkness and light, beginnings and endings, sunshine and rain: each pair representing two sides of the same coin. Both valuable, both necessary.
Cultivating evenness through our yoga practice helps us to balance effort and ease when we are off our mat: lifting and grounding, striving and surrendering, working towards our goals and accepting fate.
